My 12 yo daughter and I loved this hotel from when we checked in, the front desk was amazing. We loved that you had to use a key card to get to the rooms. We loved that the laundry facilities were complimentary. The H bar and restaurant was AMAZING and the bartender there was so entertaining and a people pleaser. We were treated with true southern hospitality from the minute we walked in until we left 5 days later at 5am. I would highly recommend the Hyatt House and we plan on coming back soon.

I liked the security of the hotel. It was also very clean. It had comfortable bed and furnishings. The price was exceptionally high, but I know it was because of the Billy Joel concert. I also booked last minute. I liked most everything about the hotel. My room was quiet. I liked that I didn't hear any noise. The staff was great. The front desk people were nice and helpful. I felt safe.

I loved the room and breakfast was excellent. Our room had a nice little kitchen fully stocked with pots, plates, and pans. The mini fridge and TV were more extensive than I expected. We really enjoyed the kitchen island and the shower was excellent too. I would definitely come back and stay here. The hotel was a short 8-minute walk to Broadway/Downtown Nashville, where everything is situated.

I thought the breakfast was good. The staff working the breakfast were working hard but definitely needed more help to keep everything going. Lines got long and things ran out while they were trying to manage. First day had extra help but after that, the extra help was non-existent. The gym was fantastic and had a wide selection of equipment to choose from. Best hotel gym I've used.

I had read some very mixed reports about the hotel, but room was excellent and I had no issues. Location was good. Some reviews about homeless by hotel, but a common sight In Nashville, regardless of where you stay.
